Products Specifications:

  • Offered YT1,ED range of series of Electro Hydraulic Thruster are used by cranes, steel mills and varied industries such as mining & cement. These are extremely safe to use, reliable and are acknowledged for their unmatched performance
  • Ed series of electric hydraulic propulsion system are preferred owing to their high operational fluency

Use Conditions:

  • The recommended temperature should range between -20°C~50°C when using DB-25 hydraulic oil. Temperature should be lower than -20°C in case of YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil, which should not be mounted with heaters however, if DB-25 hydraulic oil is used it is suggested to be retrofitted with heaters
  • S1 offers continuous service having higher efficiency, however S3 is known for intermittent working at efficiency of greater than 60%
  • Three-phase AC voltage is supplied at 380v and 50(60)Hz of frequency. Our products are also available in varied frequencies & different voltages, as per the requirements of our valued customers
  • We have fitted three-phase AC asynchronous motor, which is in compliance with (GB755-2000) standards and are acknowledged for their flawless performance
  • Insulation class: We use class F due to its better insulation properties and IP65 is used for electrical protection of the hydraulic thruster
  • Cable: The diameter of the cable cross sections is 4*2.5mm and are shockproof
  • Being a customer oriented company, we use materials that are non corrosive, so that hydraulic thruster remains corrosion proof and can work perfectly well under atmosphere having humidity. Special paint is used to protect parts of the thruster from corrosion, hence these are not affected by moisture in the atmosphere.

Installation methods:

  • Vertical installation: The thruster is connected on the top of the piston rod for carrying out the desired operations
  • Horizontal installation: In this method, thruster can be placed anywhere on the middle of the piston rod as per convenience

Additional Devices:

  • Brake spring(C-spring) are used and are known to produce spring force values, that are useful for increasing strokes as per the desired technical parameters
  • Reset spring:It is integrated with the C-spring, hence requires less force in order to reset
  • Braking process is adjusted by the buffer spring. Non-periodic transient system of braking process helps in pushing the connected rod on the piston and does not change the drive travel
  • If the temperature is lower than -20°C, heaters of AC 200V voltage can be installed

Main Characteristics:

  • Piston rod uses various protective techniques which helps in reducing corrosion, hydraulic system of the oil chamber have a double layer sealing which helps in increasing service life of the additional attached devices
